She has written publications on Peer to Peer Networking and developing Communities of Practice (CoPs) and has produced guidance materials on KM tools & techniques which she has used to deliver organisational change. She is a motivational speaker and a KM “evangelist” who has developed tried and tested methods for introducing, implementing and developing KM ways of working into silo-embedded organisations.
